Use case not able achieve through API and defects that exist

Use Case1:
Delete old cycle test cases based on run status criteria,is it possible to achieve this using API

Use Case2:
Move old cycle test cases based on run status criteria to new cycle ,is it possible to achieve this using API

Defects:-
1.Session time-out error while adding or moving test cases heavy data
2.Gateway time-out error while generating report with heavy data
3.User need to click multiple time in order to open Folder filter(multiple folder with test cases should be available in the global repository)
4.Record per page is limited to 100
5.From cycle Execute offline/export date is not exporting excel/pdf heavy data(Gateway timeout error/unknown error)

Clarification on Issue #3

When user click on folder filter, it took significnet time (2000 ms)to open search criteria pop, so user felt like the filter button in not working
Not obsersed such issue to other filter pop up(query string paramter is generated and total time 30-35 ms)

#3 - you can select multiple folders in the filters in one go. Please see the attached video.

#4 - We have added Bulk select option for multiple screens. We will need to add it to this screen as well. We will update you once it is done.

Clarification on Issue #3
Answer: We use the folder filter to apply filters in the test cycle in order to either execute test cases or move cycle cases, based on folder criteria and run status.
Clarification on Issue #4
Answer: We are using the Move Cycle Cases feature. Currently, to move multiple cases, users have to traverse across many pages, which becomes impractical—especially in a CI/CD setup where builds are received on a weekly basis.We would prefer an option to:
- Select all filtered cases at once, or
- Configure the number of cases per page (e.g., show 1000 cases per page)This would significantly improve usability in bulk operations.

Hi Vinod,

Yes, both these scenarios are not currently supported via API. We do have delete runs option via APIs but the condition is via date and not run status e.g. say delete runs older than 90 days.

We will check with the product team if these can be added to the product backlog.

For the issues where you face slowness, could please send us har files #1, #2 and #5 - send them on help@aiotests.com.

We need to understand how your cycles are structured. Our recommendation is to create new cycles for each execution objective.

For #3, please explain what you are trying to do? Are you trying to add cases to the cycle?

For #4, we have added the ability to select all filtered cases for multiple actions. If you could explain which action is causing you to select multiple cases, we will look into that.
